Career Development

Developing our talent is vital to Surrey’s continued business growth and success. New hires are assigned a ‘buddy’ within their team to help in those vital first few weeks with us. We also ensure that if needed, a mentor is assigned to help accelerate your knowledge and learning.

We have an annual appraisal process where each individual’s learning and development needs are taken into consideration and prioritized as part of our annual training and development plan. We also support conference attendance where appropriate and can help support further education and study where relevant to a particular role.
